Folke Rydén Production has been awarded at the New York Festivals International Television & Film Awards for the documentary “From Bill to Barack”. The film won a Silver World Medal in the category Politics/Documentary.
Directed by Folke Rydén and Bengt Norborg and commissioned by Swedish Television, the prize-winning film depicts the 2008 presidential election by profiling American voters over a 16-year time span. From Bill Clinton to Barack Obama. A controversial segment of the film stirred emotions on Youtube with over a million hits.
